Jennie Capps received her degree in Criminal Justice from Missouri Western State University in 2002. She brings ten years of experience in supervision, working with the Buchanan County Juvenile Office and the Buchanan County Children's Division. She joined Private Probation Services in 2007.

Steve Marshall received his degree in Criminal Justice from Missouri Western State University in 1991. Steve is a former police officer with the City of St. Joseph. He has twelve years of experience as a probation officer with Missouri Probation & Parole in Jackson and Buchanan counties. Steve started Private Probation Services in 2003.
